ViDi wants you to focus on the experience without worrying about your gear. If you’re having trouble with your ViDi product, please have a look at our warranty and purchase terms below.

WARRANTY REPAIR & REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS:
ViDi will replace your camera at no charge if it has a manufacturing defect that is covered by the warranty below, but ViDi isn’t responsible for return shipping costs.
BEFORE returning anything, reach out to support@vidiactiongear.com with a simple explanation of the problem you’re having.
If our team can’t set your gear straight, and further determines that your problem qualifies under warranty coverage, you will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) with which you can return the item(s).
Please include your order number and a written explanation of the problem.
Write your RMA number on the outside of the box and send to:

WARRANTY POLICY:
ViDi cameras and cases are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the original date of the purchase. Any accessories associated with the cameras are warrantied for 60 days from the original date of purchase. ViDi’s sole obligation in the event of such defects occurring during the warranty period is to repair or replace the defective part or product with a similar part or product at ViDi’s discretion. Except for such repair or replacement, the sale, processing or other handling of this product is without warranty, condition or other liability even if the defect or loss is caused by negligence or other fault. Damage resulting from use, accident, or normal wear and tear is not covered by this or any warranty. ViDi assumes no liability for any injury, accident, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of this product. In no event shall ViDi be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from the use of this product or any of its parts. Cameras are not always warrantied against waterproof case leakage or any water damage, due to the possibility of incorrect use. Please review and follow the instructions carefully when sealing the waterproof case. Returns or replacements of parts and/or products may be subject to shipping, handling, replacement and/or restocking fees. A qualifying process with our support team will determine if the product qualifies for an RMA number.

REFUNDS & RETURNS:

All custom, pre-ordered, or limited camera cases are non-returnable. ViDi will refund returns of other unopened merchandise if returned within 60 days of original purchase. Opened merchandise is not returnable, but is still covered under the warranty policy.

SHIPPING METHODS:

ViDi utilizes the cheapest carrier for all of its shipments unless specifically specified in the checkout process.
